The GCx is an enhanced HMI retrofit to the GE EX2000 Excitation System.
The GCx provides all the functions currently provided by the GE IOS interface, the GE UC2000 and OC2000 interface for the EX2000, along with troubleshooting and maintenance tools and an extended Sequence-Of-Events inherent to the Global Controls <GCI> product line. Additionally, the GCx is custom configurable to any I/O for special purpose Generator Controls monitoring and troubleshooting.
