The products offered have been developed based on many years of Field & Manufacturing experience obtained from emergency to planned unit and plant outage activities. Other capabilities of the products have been developed based on challenges from customers.
When Global Controls was formed, it serviced the power generation market with only engineering field services. In order to raise field services' abilities, Global Controls began developing tools that would demonstrate the ability to provide services that exceeded those of the OEMs by offering field services solutions. This product development process commenced a trend in which customers had the ability to become utilized by their plant personnel on a daily basis for proactive maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
The approach of working hand-in-hand with customers has allowed for Global Controls to develop current and prospective products.
